In accordance with Section 3.5 Variances and Appeals of the Town of Parker Zoning Ordinance and Sections 9-462.04 and 9-462.06 Arizona Revised Statutes. Notice is hereby given that the members of the Town of Parker Board of Adjustments Committee will hold a meeting open to the public on Wednesday, May 20, 2009, at 4:30 p.m. in the Town Hall Council Chambers located at 1314 – 11th Street, Parker, Arizona.

Request: 19’ variance from 20’ setback required resulting in 1’ setback from front/street property line, 4’variance from 5’setback required resulting in 1’ from the remaining two (2) side/rear property lines, and 86 percent lot coverage.
Applicants Bill & Barbara Ripberger are requesting a 1 ft setback on all three (3) sides of their property with 86 percent lot coverage in order to build a dwelling w/garage on a triangular lot.
