The La Paz County Fair was held from March 12 through March 15, at the new Fairgrounds in Parker Annex. No traffic accidents, criminal offenses or arrests were reported at the Fair. Officers Mike Bailey and Mike Thompson arrested a suspect for sexual conduct with a minor following a Grand Jury Indictment.

PPD officers arrested suspects for the following offenses in the past week: a contempt of court warrant, two driving on suspended licenses, dui, four cases of underage consumption of alcohol, aggravated dui, criminal trespass, three disorderly conducts, assault per domestic violence, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Officers conducted investigations for theft, burglary, two non-injury traffic accidents and a stolen vehicle, that was later recovered in Lake Havasu City. A suspect has been arrested in the case.Friday, March 20 is Officer Scott Steele’s last day of work for the Town. Scott has been hired by the Bullhead City Police Department and starts work on March 23.  Thank you Scott, for your service and commitment to the Town of Parker.
